How do I return my order?
You can return your order free of charge within 14 days. Please note that the tag must be attached and the item cannot be worn or washed.
You can return your order by completing the following steps:
- Mail to email@example.com.
- Explain your return reason.
- Fill in your order ID and the items you would like to return.
After the returned items has been processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order. If you would like to receive a different size or product, place a new order on www.bizkaiko.com
- Fill in your adress, find a pickup parcelshop nearby and create the return.
- Your return request will be approved between 1-3 business days. Once it has been approved, you'll receive the returnlabel and return instructions.
If you encounter any problems along the way, do not hesitate to contact us.
We will grant you 14 days to judge if your purchase is satisfactory. Within this period you can return the product. You can take a close look at the product just like you would do in a shop and test if it lives up to your expectations. If you have your doubts whether you can still change your product then please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are not all satisfied with the product then please return it to us in the original packing and unused. You can read below how to handle. We will refund your money including the original delivery costs within 14 days. You only have to pay yourself for the return shipment.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Meaning that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt; the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and any labels or tags should be intact.
You can return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that it can take up to 14 days for the refund to be deposited to your bank account. We may postpone the refund until we have received the product(s) or proof that the product(s) are in transit. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.
Goods are considered faulty when they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within one month of purchase. If your Bizkaiko product is damaged as a result of wear and tear they will not be classified to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
